These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and got11 ("got11", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing https://got11.net or any associated mobile application or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered through got11, including but not limited to: live cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series), live casino games, slot titles, e-sports wagering, King of Fishing arcade games, and all associated financial transactions denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

got11 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. got11 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, SSL-secured data handling, and responsible gaming for all players aged 18 and above.

Access to got11 and all services provided through the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming activities are not expressly prohibited by law as it applies to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, company, or commercial enterprise.

To access the full range of got11 services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid method for BDT transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard). You are required to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) got11 account. If you have forgotten your account credentials, use the password recovery function. Do not register a new account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, bonuses forfeited, and outstanding balances reviewed under these Terms.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your got11 login credentials (username, password, and OTP codes). got11 will never ask for your full password or payment PIN via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from got11, it is fraudulent — report it immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for all login events.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify got11 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

got11 employs device fingerprinting, server-side rate limiting on login attempts, and anomaly detection to protect player accounts. However, got11 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain reasonable account security on your end.

All financial transactions on got11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). got11 does not apply any foreign currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual transaction limits:

Processing times displayed above represent got11's internal processing benchmarks under normal conditions. External delays caused by payment operators, mobile network congestion, or banking intermediaries are outside got11's control. got11 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be displayed transparently in the cashier before you confirm the transaction.

Withdrawal requirements: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your account, or to a verified method associated with your registered identity. got11 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳20,000 in a single transaction or ৳50,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

Funds in player accounts: Funds held in your got11 account are player funds. got11 does not use player funds for operational expenses. Your account balance represents a real BDT claim against got11, subject to these Terms.

All betting and gaming activity on got11 is subject to the specific rules published for each product category — cricket betting, live casino, slots, e-sports, and King of Fishing. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule set, the product-specific rule set shall prevail for that product.

Cricket betting: got11 offers in-play (live) and pre-match markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and select county and domestic tournaments. All odds are published in decimal format. Bets are settled on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared a no-result, individual market settlement rules will apply as published on the relevant market page at time of bet placement.

Live casino: Live casino games (including Lightning Roulette, Speed Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Crazy Time, and all other Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live titles) are governed by the rules displayed within each game client. got11 does not control the outcome of live dealer games — results are determined by the physical actions of live dealers in regulated studio environments and are final.

Slot games: Slot titles use certified RNG systems. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each title are available in the game information panel. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

E-sports: E-sports markets (CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile) are settled based on official results published by the relevant tournament organiser. got11 reserves the right to void e-sports markets where match integrity concerns are substantiated by the tournament organiser.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except where a clear technical fault has caused an incorrect odds display.
• got11 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict market access, or close markets at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned as stake to the player's got11 account balance.
• got11 does not accept bets from players using automated software, betting bots, or arbitrage systems. Such accounts are subject to immediate suspension.

got11 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Bangladesh players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh national holidays.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Bonus abuse: got11 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit bonus credits and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, sharing bonuses between coordinated accounts, or exploiting technical errors that result in incorrect bonus allocations.

Claiming bonuses: Some bonuses require a promotional code at the time of deposit. Bonuses that are not claimed at the point of deposit or within the stated claim window cannot be applied retrospectively. got11 support cannot manually add bonuses that have not been claimed in accordance with their stated terms.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player per lifetime.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts.
• got11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus settlement, got11's decision is final after review of relevant account activity logs.

As a registered player on got11, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and in a manner that is lawful, fair, and consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access got11 using another player's credentials or account details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical faults in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the got11 platform.
• Placing bets on events where you have privileged inside information, or where you have any influence over the outcome (match-fixing, spot-fixing).
• Colluding with other players or dealers during live casino sessions.
• Registering more than one account or assisting any other individual in registering a duplicate account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent access restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Abusing the customer support service through harassment, threats, or submission of knowingly false claims.

got11 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct and cooperates with payment processors and law enforcement authorities where legally required. Any funds derived from prohibited conduct are subject to immediate recovery.

All content, materials, and software comprising the got11 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "got11", logotypes, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces, odds display systems, text content, and software code — are the intellectual property of got11 or its licensed content partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the got11 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any got11 content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any got11 software or platform component.
• Use the got11 brand name, logo, or trademark in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing, without a signed written agreement with got11.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract odds data, game data, or player data from the got11 platform.

Third-party game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners remains the intellectual property of those respective rights holders. All rights reserved.

got11 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While got11 maintains a target of 99.9% uptime and takes all reasonable technical precautions to ensure platform reliability, got11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, got11 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the got11 platform.
• Losses arising from network outages, internet service disruptions, or device failures on your end during live betting or casino sessions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not followed got11's stated security recommendations.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game results caused by third-party data feed errors, where got11 has acted in good faith on the information available.
• Decisions made by live casino dealers, RNG outcomes, or sports results — these are determined by independent third parties and are final.

Nothing in this section limits got11's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. got11's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.

got11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Evidence that the player is under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the player, or referral through a self-exclusion programme.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring account restriction.

Player-initiated closure: You may request to close your got11 account at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome. Verified account balances will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, or other) within a reasonable processing period, subject to these Terms and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. got11 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, as published in the fee schedule in the account dashboard. Players will be notified by SMS before any dormancy fee is applied.

got11 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all Bangladesh players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. got11 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps in Account Settings. Reductions are immediate; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the got11 platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you should cease using got11 and request account closure before the revised Terms come into force. got11 will process any remaining verified balance in your account in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of your closure request.
